Tony White - Revolutions Creator [Designer Testimonial]
Here we visit Tony White, owner of White Fencing and Creater of the Revolution Postdrivers as we find out what lead him to think up this post driver, and learn about some of its benefits and features.
Watch below as Tony walks us through the keystone post driver, the Revolution Rotational 180.
Tony operates as a full time fencing contractor based in Hunua, a rugged and often wet landscape. Fencing in this bush area can pose a number of challenges.
The idea for the Revolution Rotational 180 came from a need. The need to be able to move the rammer from one point to another under its own power.
The benefit of this is,
Balance.
“Normally at this time of the year we wouldnt be here, we are here in winter time its slippery and muddy and access is an issue. But in saying that, the machinery behind me [Revolution 180], that really comes into its own in the steeper country”
That steep, muddy and hard to access land is what the Revolution 180 was built for.
The Revolution Rotational 180 is a versitile rear mounted unit that can be mounted onto a number of different vehicles. Its base can freely rotate 180 degrees to make efficient work of any job and with 600mm of side shift and a 5.4m telescopic mast, this unit gives you ultimate control over any terrain.
“In a rolling job like this [video] which is all downhill to the bush we can have the weight above us if need be. As we approach the work we can rotate that and put it down, do our work, rotate the weight above us again and climb out.”
The ability to rotate the unit, paired with stabilising hydraulic legs, side shift, and variable mast angle means that you can always place your vehicle in the most ideal position and move the post driver to where it needs to be.
Not the other way around.
